  • Solara Data Systems Engineer will perform software installation, cover product features overview and upon client request will provide best practices for data backup procedures.

  • Pricing for Solara Data Systems on-line backup and restore service is based upon the native size of the data being backed up (we charge per actual data stored at our data center facilities, after compression and de-duplication) and employ flexible. “Pay as you grow” pricing model.

  • Installation includes following actions: software setup, initial backup setup, transmission and data backup set verification.

  • Pricing is per month. No minimum commitment term required. No cancellation fee. Long-term service plans available. All major credit cards accepted.

  • No software and per-computer license fees applied.

  • 9am – 7pm ET phone support is included at no additional cost. No charge for online restores.

  • 24/7 technical support plans available.

  • Subject to Terms & Conditions of Solara Data Systems Master Service Agreement.
